Pipe Fitter / Plumber Job Responsibilities • Prepare Cost Estimates for Clients • Read Blueprints and follow engineered designs • Determine the materials and equipment needed for a job • Install pipes and fixtures in accordance with regulations • Inspect and test installed pipe systems and pipelines • Troubleshoot malfunctioning systems • Maintain and repair plumbing systems Required Skills & Education • High School Degree or equivalent • 5 years plus of hands on experience practicing the responsibilities noted above Job Profile • Expect occasional over-time • Work in a warehouse. May be dusty, colder environment • Employee may be asked to lift +50 pounds • Employee may be required to work outdoors • Supervised by shop foreman
