On-call maintenance person needed

A 30 unit hospitality business (Pike Hospitality Group) is looking for on-call maintenance persons to occasionally go out and help guests/ do minor maintenance. Most frequent issues will be: "TV not working" (due to it being on the wrong hdmi selection) and "heating is not working" (we would ask you to bring the guest a mobile oil-filled heater that we have in storage as backup) Other tasks might be to bring the guests extra towels/blankets/etc. Handyman skills and are very welcomed but not required. The hours during which we might call you are 9am-9pm We ask that you answer our call or return text message within a few minutes with response whether or not you can come out on that particular instance. The tasks are not frequent and can be 1-2 times a week or so. If you are located within ocean shores city limits that would be ideal to save on travel time. we pay $15 a visit. usually a visit would be less than an hour.
