Homage's TakeCare Medicare is kicking off a Fundamentals of Health Series with this year's first in-person event Thursday May 6th at 3:00. The first of our series titled "We are not all diagnosable! How to get help without admitting you're crazy." The discussion focuses on mental health, and how we all need assistance with our mental and emotional well-being at times. It is completely normal to seek assistance and support for your mental health. We will discuss when it may be time to seek assistance, where to find that assistance, and resources.
