As a Soria Environmental water mitigation technician, you would be one of our key team members responsible for the restoration of homes and businesses that have been damaged by water and mold. This position is perfect for you if you are extremely self-motivated, work well in fast paced environments and are able to manage your time and your team's time efficiently to meet appropriate deadlines. You would also have excellent communication skills with other employees, customers, supervisor and have the ability to manage multiple reporting roles on a daily basis. Responsibilities: Become proficient in water damage restoration, and mold remediation. Establish and maintain a schedule to ensure all services are delivered in a timely manner and on-schedule. Respond to water jobs and initiate water mitigation process according to IICRC standard of care. Communicate with customers about scope of work, fill out and review all necessary paperwork Maintain all company owned restoration and cleaning equipment, keeping all equipment clean and properly maintained Help the company grow by performing marketing tasks to develop additional business relationships Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions Job Requirements: Restoration and construction experience helpful Great communication skills Computer literate, with working knowledge of spreadsheet and mobile applications Able to sometimes lift and move equipment weighing up to 100 pounds.
