Property Maintenance Manager / Handyman

Dwell Vacations owns & operates 5 large vacation rental properties in SW Michigan. We are looking for an experienced, responsible full-time Property Maintenance Manager/Handyman to take care of our homes. We hope to fill this position ASAP. Work Involves: - Routine repair & maintenance including general carpentry, painting & drywall, HVAC & basic plumbing - Seasonal home improvement projects (indoors & outdoors) - Pool & Hot Tub cleaning/maintenance (we will train on this aspect of the role)
 Qualifications: - 1-5 years’ experience with finish carpentry, plumbing & electrical - Detail-oriented & organized - Friendly, helpful communication is a must - Able to adapt to shifting circumstances & priorities - Available to work occasional weekends, when needed - Must have a valid driver’s license & auto insurance To apply, please email or call Jorge.
