Westwood Lumber Sales is looking to fill immediate full time labor openings for our lumber yard. Employees in the yard use forklifts to load/unload lumber on/off of trucks. They also pull orders of multiple different items that are shipped to our customers or to our staining facility. Full time (40Hrs/week) Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30 (1hr lunch) with Overtime opportunities 12/hr - 15/hr starting wage opportunities for accelerated pay raises based on performance and dependability Excellent Benefits: Employee only pays $0.25 per week for health, life and dental insurance available after 90 days. 401k program with 3% employer contribution, paid vacation and profit sharing available after 1 year. Job Requirements: * arrive on time and present oneself professionally * complete basic math and read measuring tools * follow direction and communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing with all coworkers * work outside year round * repeatedly lift/team lift heavy objects (50-100lbs) * properly operate a variety of equipment including forklifts, saws, various hand tools. * adhere to safety guidelines for the protection of all employees * skill and equipment experience required.
