Remove mold and paint basement

I need a few things. I would image this will take a few days. 1. Front and rear exterior walls caulked at the base on a city row home. This needs to be a clean and professional job. I dislike poor work. 2. Mold removed off of block walls. A few feet on each wall. No Drywall. 3. Repaint basement unfinished. Preferably sprayed, but open to options. 4. Break up and remove work bench and some random stuff from property. Nothing major. Please text Mike with questions.
