Description
I have 5 left out of a litter of 9. Mom is pure bred Blue Fawn Pit Bull. Dad is my neighbors’s very determined pure bred Chow who dug under my fence and got her before I even knew she was in heat...😫
Puppies are 5 weeks old today, not waiting till 6 weeks because moms milk has dried up and they are fully weaned. They are highly socialized, playful and sweet, and in need of forever homes.
Both of these breeds do have a reputation for aggression. Would not suggest anyone unfamiliar with dogs starting with these puppies. The best way to combat this is to socialize very early with other dogs, with other humans, and handle during feedings time avoid food aggression. Both of these breeds can be amazing, loyal, protective pets, they just need to be respected and socialized properly.
Also, due to the breed, many folks try to get these types of puppies free and turn them into bait dogs for fighters. Also, a huge amount of Pit Bulls end up dead in shelters every year. Because of this, I WILL be asking for an adoption fee. This fee will cover maintenance costs related to puppy thus far. Also, I need to know that their new owners will be INVESTED in caring for the puppy from the start. There’s few things people care more about than money, so you being willing to pay an adoption fee upfront makes me feel more comfortable that you’re not going to feed my puppy to your fighting dogs or abandon it in a shelter somewhere. Thank you for understanding this.
Pics of available puppies attached, as well as pic of mom. The pic of the Chow looks exactly like the father, who has since disappeared and I’m unable to get an actual pic of him.
