Join Andrea Savino for a midday Power Yoga class at Remnant Brewery! Mondays can be tough! Still working from home or looking for a break in the middle of your day? Kick off your week with me at Remnant Brewery for a midday Power Yoga class sure to recharge your body and mind! Class will take place outdoors in the brewery's private Beer Garden- a quaint patio with plenty of space and sunlight! This is a class designed for every body and experience level, offering a thoughtful sequence that introduces challenge, yet builds confidence and strength through simple, guided instruction. It's safe to say you may acquire an appetite after this power flow, but fear not!- the brewery is nestled within Bow Market which houses 30+ independent food, art, and retail shops around a public courtyard in the heart of Union Square. After class, check out the local offerings and grab some fresh goodies- everything from specialty coffee to handmade jewelry & carry on with your day anew! Masks are optional as class will be held outdoors only. If the weather becomes too inclement to practice, I will refund your ticket.
