Sand Helper is a motorized beach wheelchair rental company and we recently opened up in the Gulf Shores - Pensacola area. We are looking for a W-9 contract driver who will be called as-needed to deliver and pickup wheelchairs, to satisfy our rental customers. We take reservations and handle the customers, but we are looking for contract delivery drivers. The driver will be paid per delivery or pickup. This includes delivery of the wheelchair to anywhere in the Gulf Shores-Pensacola area, and it means making sure the batteries are charged (they are removable so you can take them home overnight), the wheelchair is clean, the seat is in the right position, chargers are in pocket, etc. PAY: $50 when a chair is delivered to a customer (hotel) from any place. $40 when a chair is picked up and taken back to storage. Note that when a chair is delivered, it must be charged, cleaned, tires checked, and ready to go. Payments are made via Paypal. DRIVER MUST OWN AND DRIVE A PICKUP TRUCK OR USE A TRAILER TO MOVE THESE CHAIRS. We have ATV ramps that you can borrow if necessary to load chairs onto your pickup truck, but they cannot be lifted as they are heavy. www.sandhelper.com This is a side gig, not a full time job.
