Job includes general concrete construction labor. Willing to teach new recruits Key Responsibilities: • Must be self-motivated and positive • Performs demolition and/or cleanup general project clean-up. • Perform all additional duties that may be assigned • Capable of operating numerous hand-held equipment • Set and strip forms and assist in pouring concrete • Concrete Work Qualifications • Open to applicants who do not have a high school diploma/GED • License: Driver’s (Preferred) CDL(Preferred) • Lift and carry 50-100-pound bags of Cement/Sand and Equipment • Ability to perform tasks involving physical labor in Arizona • Motivated with good communication skills • Minimum age of 18 Experience: · General Labor, 1 year (Preferred) · Construction, 2 years (Preferred) ***Concrete Finisher and Form Setter*** The Concrete Finisher and Form Setter role is essential and assists the project team in ensuring the timely and successful completion of construction projects. Key Responsibilities: • Must be self-motivated and positive! • Set and strip forms and assist in pouring concrete • Working with a concrete crew on and around concrete forms assisting with concrete placements • Working with buckets and pump truck to place concrete • Finish concrete to meet tolerances • Use bull float and trowel to finish the surface • Use a broom to achieve broom finish if necessary • Curb Machine finishing experience is a plus. • Perform all additional duties that may be assigned Qualifications: • License: Driver’s (Preferred) • Lift and carry 50-100-pound bags of cement and sand • Ability to perform tasks involving physical labor in Arizona • Ability to operate a variety of Hand Tools & Power Tools. • Ability to freehand curb, finish steps. • Minimum age of 18 Experience: • Concrete Finishing: 5years • Concrete Form Setter: 3years Schedule: · Monday to Friday .
