We are seeking an experienced Maintenance/Turn Key Tech. The ideal candidate MUST have a general knowledge of basic carpentry, plumbing, electricity, and HVAC skills. Responsibilities Include- Paint/patch drywall, and perform other minor repairs. Respond to residential maintenance requests in a timely manner. Maintaining a positive attitude and appearance. Perform general labor such as unclog sinks and toilets. Paints and patch drywall, and perform other minor repairs. Electrical trouble shooting. Applicants should have 1-2 years of maintenance experience, and a H.S. diploma or equivalent. Excellent communication, customer service skills, and the ability to work independently are a must. Must be willing to work some weekends. Competitive pay based on experience 30k-50k annually
