DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:  Estimate job costs based on hourly rates  Schedule all jobs and bids  Maintain good communication with clients and HOME Program Staff  Prepare surfaces for painting, including scraping, plaster repair, window glazing, wallpapering  Organize work details, order materials, keep records and maintain supplies and equipment.  Have your own equipment and transportation  Other duties as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS: Experience working with elderly. High school graduate and 1-2 years vocational/technical college preferred. A thorough knowledge of the standard practices, materials and tools used in the painting trade with 2-3 years experience in the construction/painting field preferred. Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills in the area of client relations preferred.
