Project Manager for Vehicle Testing

Productive Playhouse Inc. is seeking an On-site Project Manager within 50 miles of Mountain View to facilitate pick up and drop off of vehicles used for an audio data collection project. Duties * From a central location in Mountain View, coordinate pick up and drop off of vehicles and keys with drivers * Make sure vehicles have been cleaned by driver * Restock cleaning supplies in vehicles as needed * Provide support to drivers, who may require assistance if they have an issue with the vehicle * Coordinate vehicle assistance if necessary (i.e. call a tow) * Communicate with Central Operations Manager for troubleshooting and technical issues * Update client with drivers' progress; Potentially check audio to make sure it was recorded properly * May need to drive vehicles short distances (i.e. to park overnight, to refill gas) Requirements * A clean driving record * Comfortable being a W-2 employee * Reliable * Possess the ability to carefully follow guidelines and directions * Have strong communication skills * Be available during normal business hours; Weekend availability a plus Estimated Start Date: ASAP Full-Time/Part Time: Flex between the two - some weeks may be full-time, some weeks may be part-time. Expect more full-time than part-time.
