Ability to read comprehensive invoices, follow safety/procedural instructions and protocol is key. Candidate must be willing to get dirty, load and un-load equipment, lift heavy items, stand on ladders or other lift equipment, have flexible hours and a positive attitude towards customers and other employees. Services we provide include cleaning AC and heating air duct systems, dryer vents. We service all size homes, apartments, condos, restaurants, small and large business shops, schools, hotels, banks, and many more commercial properties. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Must be a consistent team player! Positive attitude with strong work ethic. Must be reliable, punctual and available to work. Standard work hours begin anywhere between 7:30am-5:00pm. Occasionally large jobs will run longer and flexibility is important. Typical work days are Monday-Friday but may also include weekends here and there for commercial work. Must be able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment. Able to lift 100+ pounds (heavy lifting is a requirement for this position). Demonstrate ability for arithmetic and mathematics a plus. Ability to inspect/visually examine houses + commercial properties and determine the scale of work necessary to get the job done. Ensure proper operation of all devices and equipment. Must have great attention to detail! This also includes the ability to confidently make decisions when needed. Must be able to work on your feet for hours or work in small spaces including under houses. The ability to work under strict time goals every day. Mechanically inclined or other construction type experience is a huge bonus. Qualifications Driver's License (Required) High school or equivalent (Preferred) Cleaning Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
