We are looking to hire for a full time Maintenance Technician to work handling residential repairs and maintenance. The Maintenance Tech is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the repairs. The Tech performs preventive maintenance, routine servicing, seasonal repairs, minor electrical work, and minor plumbing repairs. Job includes: Basic handyman experience •Electrical knowledge is a huge plus. •Fence building a plus. •Previous knowledge of using hand tools and power tools. •General maintenance duties, preventive maintenance, service calls, and emergency maintenance as needed and assigned. • We need an all-around handyman. Painting and refurbishing projects, simple carpentry and drywall, minor building and equipment repairs. •Exhibits professional appearance and conduct while providing excellent customer service to residents and owners by doing the following: •Thoroughly clean up after yourself when finished with the job; like you were never there. •Maintain personal cleanliness. •Other duties as assigned Requirements: •Hard worker that doesn't mind getting dirty. •Basic experience in logical troubleshooting and previous knowledge of using hand tools and power tools. •Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicates effectively, and performs simple arithmetic. • Valid State driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record and also helpful to own a truck and small tools. • High level of motivation and pride in your work. • Capable of working independently as well in a team environment. • Good written and communication skills needed.
