Facility Maintenance Technician

Position Description: The Facility Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping our 14,000 sq/ft Warehouse and Office a tidy and productive space. Responsibilities: Kitchen maintenance (ie: restock snacks, empty the trash, empty and fill the dishwasher, sanitize surfaces daily) Office maintenance (ie: restock masks, cleaning supplies, PPE and other office materials, vacuum daily) Bathrooms maintenance (restock toilet paper, paper towels, empty trash cans and disinfect toilets) Landscaping (ie: regular weeding, re-mulching, watering and light replanting, clean-up debris that blows in the doors) Warehouse maintenance (ie: buff the warehouse floors with power machine, maintain stock of shipping materials, put away tools, air filter changes and general maintenance of the space) Required: Maintain a sense of urgency while working Possess a high level of attention to detail Be comfortable working autonomously Ability to address workplace hazards with solutions we can implement quickly Ability to sit or stand for 8 or more hours a day Ability to lift 50+ lbs Ability to organize a disorganized space quickly Preferred: Experience with hands on repairs or general contractor work Interest in EV vehicles and engineering industry Strong desire to contribute to growing company in tangible way Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills Available on nights and weekends if needed Basic plumbing experience A basic understanding of electrical work ABOUT STAFL SYSTEMS:  Stafl Systems is dedicated to advancing lithium-ion battery technology.
