We are looking to hire for a full time Maintenance Employee to work handling repairs and maintenance. The Tech is responsible for maintaining all aspects of the repairs. Job includes: Basic Maintenance experience •Not afraid to get dirty and work hard. •Plumbing capability is helpful. Repairing sink faucets, shower heads and garbage disposals. •Previous knowledge of using hand tools and power tools. •General maintenance duties, preventive maintenance, service calls, and emergency maintenance as needed and assigned. • We'd love an all-around handyman; and are willing to train. Painting and refurbishing projects, simple carpentry and drywall, minor building and equipment repairs. •Exhibits professional appearance and conduct while providing excellent customer service to residents and owners by doing the following: •Thoroughly clean up after yourself when finished with the job; like you were never there. •Maintain personal cleanliness. •Other duties as assigned. Requirements: •Previous work experience with fencing, hauling. electrical, plumbing, and painting in a complex commercial, industrial, or residential setting is a bonus. •Basic experience in logical troubleshooting and previous knowledge of using hand tools and power tools. •Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicates effectively, and performs simple arithmetic. • Valid State driver’s license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record and also helpful to own a truck and small tools. • High level of motivation and pride in your work. • Capable of working independently as well in a team environment. • Must be able to answer emergency on call rotation, including nights and weekends. • Good written and communication skills needed.
