Description
We are looking for reliable licensed subcontractors for a residential remodeling company who has experience in different trades.
Must be detailed oriented with high standards, have reliable transportation and own tools and have at least a team of 3-4 people or more.
Typical Job Task and Expectations
- Site prep, demolition, and excavation
- Experience with Framing, plumbing, electrical, tile setting, drywall installation, stucco, painting REQUIRED.
-Experience with window, door, cabinetry, and countertop installation
- Able to follow job timeline/ schedule of the project
- Clean up job site at end of day and ensure all equipment is properly secure
