Mac Millan Properties, Inc. is looking for a qualified individual to fill our Maintenance Level I position. Mac Millan Properties, Inc. has been in commercial property management for over 35 years. We own and manage our own properties. Our portfolio includes properties throughout the South Bay. Experience in one or all of the following is a plus but willing to train the right candidate: • Landscaping - i.e., repair irrigation, pruning, watering, etc. • Janitorial - i.e., bathroom cleanup, window cleanup, sweeping, mopping, etc. • Plumbing - all phases of plumbing. • Electrical - i.e., change ballast, bulbs; perform minor electrical repairs, etc. • HVAC - replace thermostats Other Duties: • Conduct daily inspections of all equipment as directed by Chief Building Engineer. • Monitor all mechanical operations of the building. • Be able to prioritize work orders. • Be able to troubleshoot or make repairs as needed. • Respond to tenant requests. • Interact with all levels of management throughout building. • Repair drywall • Fire system - must be able to receive and carry out instructions with minimal supervision. • Must be able to climb ladders - not afraid of heights. • Must be able to lift 75 pounds. • Good driving record.
