AirBnb cleaning; small unit; $60 each time.

This is for AirBnb cleaning on Queen Anne. 2 hours each time. $30/hr. It’s a small 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom unit. We provide all cleaners and equipment. Right now it’s for one unit in the dwelling, soon for 2 units. The second units is 2-bedrooms, 1 bath. You’d do basic cleaning: Sweep, vacuum, clean any dishes, make sure refrigerator is clean, change the bed, put used sheets and towels in the washer, make sure coffee, soaps are towels are supplied. To start with, you’d have a 1 ½ day window to do the cleaning. That’s because there will be a gap between bookings. If it works, there can be more hours, but you’d have to the cleaning between 10 a.m. and 2 p.m. the same day. Once we go to 2 units, there will more hours. Spring and summer bring plenty of AirBnb bookings. If interested, send me your full name, phone number and email address, plus a reference or two.
