Maintenance of a large home on 5acres with a mini farm. Duties include but are not limited to keeping home clean, taking care of farm animals (cows, turkeys, pheasants and chickens) by cleaning coops, feeding & watering, washing vehicles/boats & equipment, mowing, edging, small repairs, organize and help set up fishing equipment, running errands and taking care of large vegetable garden. Must know how to run a tractor, gator & riding mower. General carpentry skills needed. Able to lift 50lb. Must be very dependable and able to work unsupervised. Must have a clean driving record and be able to pass a background check. $20 an hour and benefits after 90days. This is a fulltime position year-round.
