Madden Industrial Craftsmen is currently seeking a Shop Helper for our client in the Bellevue area. Our client is growing fast and is looking for enthusiastic, motivated and growth minded individuals who will be excited to work in a team environment and build the best in the industry Shift: Monday – Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm Duties: · Maintain shop and yard cleanliness/organization · Material handling, deburring, tapping, aluminum finishing, etc. · Palletizing and banding · Assist welders, machinists, and operators · Assist with mechanical assembly · Other duties as required Skills and Qualifications · Self-starter that works well in a team environment and individually · Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal direction · Basic power/hand tools and measuring device use · Ability to lift heavy objects · Willing to work outside · Demonstrate strong attention to detail · Reliable- on-time, every day Benefits · Medical Insurance · 401k with company match · Paid Holidays & Paid Sick Leave · Referral Program
