Morris Canal Paint & Sip Fundraiser Paint & Sip Fundraiser for the Morris Canal Community Development Corp. (MC CDC) on Monday, April 19th from 6pm-8pm. We are fundraising monies to support the efforts of the Morris Canal CDC. The Morris Canal CDC focuses are, but are not limited to quality affordable housing, economic-development, employment, and training. Additionally, the MC CDC empowers the community with monthly community meetings by bringing awareness of local opportunities, areas of improvement and concerns. It gives a voice to the local Morris Canal community to advocate for its local community and the greater good of Jersey City through civic engagement and legal action.
