Peabody Students Earn Honors At URI, MCPHS, WNEC

PEABODY, MA —Three Peabody students were among those who earned Dean's List recognition at the University of Rhode Island this fall. To be included on the URI Dean's List, full-time students must have completed 12 or more credits for letter grades during a semester and achieved at least a 3.30 quality point average. Part-time students qualify with the accumulation of 12 or more credits for letter grades earning at least a 3.30 quality-point average. Megan Ayles, Lindsay Notarangeli and Abby Ryder earned the honors at URI this fall. Close to 750 students, including two from Peabody, were named to the Fall 2020 Dean's List at Western New England University. To qualify for the Dean's List, students must achieve a GPA of 3.30 or higher. Giovanna Lanciani, of Peabody, is working toward a BA in psychology. William Ryan, of Peabody, is working toward a BSBA in business analytics & information management. "We are so proud of our Dean's List students who demonstrated an unwavering commitment to excellence in their studies despite the unique challenges of our fall semester," President Robert E. Johnson said. "Our Dean's List students stayed focused and engaged; they should be very proud of their achievements." The Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences announced that Peabody students were named to the Dean's List during the Fall 2020 semester. The Dean's List recognizes those students with a full-time course load who have achieved a 3.5 GPA or higher for the academic term. Emily Marcelo is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in dental hygiene. Marcelo will graduate from the Worcester campus in 2021. Claudia Alves is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in magnetic resonance imaging. Alves will graduate from the Boston campus in 2021. Dilin Doroci is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in nursing. Doroci will graduate from the Boston campus in 2023. Ashley Drinkwater is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in nursing. Drinkwater will graduate from the Boston, Massachusetts campus in 2023. Alexandra Depiano is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Pharmaceutical Business. Depiano will graduate from the Boston campus in 2021. Adriana Garcia-Escobar is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in predental-dental hygiene. Garcia-Escobar will graduate from the Boston campus in 2023. Larissa Oliveira is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in premedical and health studies. Oliveira will graduate from the Boston campus in 2023. Seleni Kipe is pursuing a Bachelor of Science in premedical and health studies. Kipe will graduate from the Boston campus in 2024. Timothy Ho is pursuing a Doctor of Pharmacy. Timothy will graduate from the campus in 2023.
