2-3 Landacaping positions

I am looking for an expert at $20-$23 an hour in landscaping, yardwork and helping lead a crew at $15 an hour. If your worth $25 than I will fork it over with a helper at $15 (within a time of trust, could be a week). That is $20 per man hour with the right stuff. There is 2-3 positions available in Aurora area. 1099, no benefits. Never gonna be mad at you, and am patient with new employee. I am a new company with the 3rd placement already on google in the Aurora area. I also have an excellent tax reference for the 1099. I will work with someone who also wants a couple of days of mowing in Aurora, Parker, Denver, you provide the truck, I provide the equipment and route. I can get you a new mower and a redmax trimmer to keep at your home at a $500 deposit on your check, and by end of September that deposit will be payed back + $250 bonus hour(expected 7 mows).
