Full construction PPE protocols and Covid-19 procedures apply. We wear masks all day, the site checks temperatures. Your assignments from day to day will depend on the needs of the work, your experience, work ethic and attitude. Common tasks are shovel work, sweeping, flagging, fire hose dust suppression, lifting and sorting debris and acting as a spotter. The supervisor will make sure everyone has the training for any task before assigning work. Safety Always. We promote from within as much as possible. All of our supers started as laborers. If you have no construction/demolition experience, we will look at other candidates. This is a drug-free work force. All candidates will pass a pre-employment drug screen. Wet weather shuts down job sites until the mud dries out. But six ten-hour days are common when the weather is good. This is an employee-owned company, and all employees are issued stock through the ownership program.
