Experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician needed for Apartments located throughout CITY. We are hiring for multiple positions. WEEKLY PAY!! NO WEEKENDS!! $17-19 PER HOUR!!! (Depending on Experience) We are looking to hire someone with skills and experience in the following fields: • HVAC and CPO Certifications (preferred, but not required) • Plumbing • Electrical • Hot water heaters • Drywall • Appliance repairs • Apartment turnover (painting may be included) • Customer satisfaction attitude All candidates will be background screened and must be eligible to work in the United Stated.
