Transferring to the world of wine distribution from the restaurant industry, Cam spent the last 4 years as the assistant general manager to the popular Manchester restaurants “Republic Café” and “Campo Enoteca” where he built and grew their respective wine lists. Prior to his Manchester career he was a training manager and new store opener for the popular restaurant group Not Your Average joes since 2014. A graduate of Johnson & Wales University, Cameron majored in Culinary Arts and Food Service Management with two minors in Oenology and Beverage Service. He has been running wine tasting and pairing classes for his restaurants since 2015. If you have reservations, please consider the following: • Please arrive on time and at your reserved time to ensure that you will be able to taste all of the exciting wines we will be pouring for you! • Each tasting will last 25 minutes - this will allow us time to disinfect each table between parties. • If you are unable to attend, please cancel your reservation on EventBrite in order to open time slots for other guests. • We appreciate your understanding! Our desire is to be able to continue to offer wine tastings throughout these challenging times. More Information • All clients coming into WineNot Boutique are required to wear face masks. • A separate table and chairs will be set up for each person or group and all tables will be spaced according to the current recommended guidelines. • When you arrive for the tasting, you will be seated at your table at which time you may remove your mask. • We will still be serving delicious food to complement the wines! Each table will have its own individually prepared plate. • All WineNot instructors will be wearing masks when we serve you.
