BROCKTON, MA — People Affecting Community Change (PACC), a community based outreach initiative that focuses on providing information and resources, has been donating food to struggling Brockton families, said the city in a Twitter post. Brockton Mayor Robert F. Sullivan recently visited the distribution site, located at 34 White Avenue, to show support for PACC.
