FULL TIME HEAVY MACHINE OPERATOR / MECHANIC Land owner / developer in Medford area is seeking a full-time multi-talented heavy machine operator / mechanic. Developer buys and develops properties. Some travel required to Portland and Eastern Oregon, but about 95% of the work is in Central Point area. Must have 5+ years operating: skid steer, backhoe, loader, dump truck, small farm tractor with different implements. Tasks will include building roads, loading, transporting and unloading materials, fieldwork (cutting, discing, cover cropping). Some construction tasks, including building foundations, laying conduit, framing outbuildings, etc. Additionally, tasks will include maintaining and fixing various machinery of the farm tenants - like greenhouses and HVAC equipment. Must have multi-trade experience and be able to get along with people enough not to cause problems. Show up on time and work hard. $40k / year salary. 2 weeks paid vacation
