Let's have a Pop-Up SAREX! That means a small-scale training exercise!
First there were baked pop-ups. Then there were Pop-Up Videos on VH1. Then pop-up blood drives during the pandemic.
And now, there are Pop-Up SAREXs!
It's April, the weather should be nice, and we need to keep training.
So, come to Sioux Falls Saturday 17 April for some back to basics in:
Radio use.Urban Direction Finding.Ground Teams.Mission Staff.And if we're lucky to get a Mission Pilot, aircrew training.YOU MUST HAVE GENERAL EMERGENCY SERVICES (GES) COMPLETED TO PARTICIPATE.
BRING YOUR SQTR SHEETS TO RECORD YOUR COMPLETED TASKS.

0900--Mission in-briefing.
0915--Safety briefing.
0925--Tasking/classes
~1200--Lunch (TBA)
1300--Taskijng/classes
1615--Mission out-briefing
16:45--Clean-up/Demobilization
Mission number TBA.
If traveling from out of town, please have to and from sorties for your van(s).
Talk to your chain of command about travel arrangements to Sioux Falls.
Sign-up in the TWO areas you want to train. One is good. Two is good. Three or more is not good. Do not proceed past two. Stop at two areas you want to train in. Yes, seriously, sign up for no more than two areas. Two means Two. Questions?
