Maintenance Team Member- Student Housing

Privately owned off-campus student housing property looking to add a team member for our maintenance staff for approximately 20-30 hours/week. Compensation to be determined based on experience starting at $15/hour. Basic requirements as follows: - General knowledge of household repairs and replacements including faucets, water lines, toilets, sinks & garbage disposals - Knowledge of HVAC systems, filters, trouble-shooting basic problems & thermal stats - Ability to change door locks, keys, closers, - Basic lighting replacement, bulbs, fans, lights, - Carpentry skills a plus - Must be willing and able to lead a team/manage small groups of employees -MUST BE ABLE TO WORK OVER-TIME/ADDITIONAL HOURS FROM JULY-SEPTEMBER FOR BUSY SEASON Proof of Covid-19 vaccination required.
