Male singer interested in acoustic duo

I'm a male singer,29, interested in having a guitarist accompany me in practice,maybe some open mics and/or gigging in the future. More so in it for the love of music. Moved here 5 years ago and I've been out of practice beyond singing in my car. I am classically trained however prefer more of a 60's-90's rock vibe. I always kind of loved the idea of a mellow coffee shop vibe. Im also interested in taking popular songs that are normally heavy and converting them into an acoustic environment. It's really easy when engulfed in a career to push your passion aside for the sake of working your ass off. But I really want to ease myself into the rochester music scene and see what it has to offer. Let me know if interested. Thanks
