Job Title: Bilingual Receptionist with QuickBooks $15.00

Murrieta, CA
Schedule:
8am-4pm, Mon-Fri, 1 hour lunch, 7 hour day
Duration: Possible Temp to Hire
Summary:
To provide administrative office support by answering phones, processing bills, paying invoices, entering financial transactions in QuickBooks and working with Excel for reporting and tracking.
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English / Spanish.
• 2 years office experience
• Proficiency on Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Outlook and QuickBooks.
