American Heart Association Basic Life Support Certification. SDSU Students save $10! The Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers course certifies the participant in CPR, AED, and Ventilation with a BVM for two years. This course is required for many health professions and the certification will be issued directly from the American Heart Association. This off-campus event will allow students to gain their full certification through an in-person class. Masks will be required at all times, with social distancing strictly enforced for the safety of all participants. The class size will not exceed 12 people and each student will receive their own set of training materials that will not be shared. The course is $65, SDSU Affiliates (students, alumni, faculty) are offered a $10 Discount for a total price of $55. Cash, Check, Venmo are all accepted!
