Bay Management is seeking a skilled and experienced maintenance technician to join our team! We are a large multi-family rental property located in Middletown, RI. Our technicians are responsible for completing work orders, preparing units for rental, and providing general and specialized maintenance to both the property itself as well as the units.
We are seeking an individual who is skilled in basic plumbing, heating, electric and carpentry. The individual should be self-motivated, a team player and able to work in a fast-paced environment. The individual must be available to be on a rotating basis for 24 hour on-call, have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
**The individual MUST reside within a 30-minute drive from the property for on-call requirements. **
