HVAC install as well as swap a water softner for SAME one, just new

This is ONLY for someone with provable work experience in this field. NO HACKS, you won't be paid. Last HVAC I had put in was from a couple CL guys but the guy with the "know how" since retired. He worked on commercial building HVAC, so he was qualified to do rez on the side. If you "think" you can - please stop. I have had BAD experiences with flat out hacks. So IF you do this and want to make side $ - here's the deal. I know some of this (switched capitators, blower fans, etc.. had to learn). I need a 72k BTU 96 efficient or better furnance AND a 16 SEER or better condenser and a/coil. I have had great experience with Goodman in the past at a rental unit, this would be for my home. NO lines need to be replaced. My Trane furnance still works, you can have that as well, I just replaced a pressure switch last Dec. on it. Trane condenser, A/Coil is worth scrap. It's junk. I also need some pipe "sweated" for a new water softner that is the EXACT same as the unit it's replacing. I was going to do it, but I'm more of an electrical guy. I can buy the items, or please send me a straight bid. BTW I used to do my own backgrounds for tenants, so please save us all "the drama." It's a newer home (less than 20), everything is accessible. I attached pics. I obviously can buy the units or you can bid out labor straight up.. We can talk about the water softner after.
