We are looking for a dependable, self-motivated individual that would like to work for a small, family owned company. An individual looking to be part of a team environment. Monday - Friday, No Weekends, Daytime hours Job Duties and Responsibilities: Receive, verify, and stock all incoming product Setup layout and ensure efficient space utilization Initiate, coordinate and enforce optimal operational policies and procedures Adhere to all warehousing, handling and shipping legislation requirements Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security Load trucks for delivery of product direct to customer Maintain accurate records and reports Pull and prepare customer orders for shipping Work independently and under minimal supervision Operate and maintain a variety of warehouse equipment: forklifts, pallet jacks, electric dock plates Skills & Physical Demands: Proven work experience in a warehouse environment Minimum of 2 years forklift experience Proven ability to implement process improvement initiatives Detail Oriented Self-motivated Independent worker Strong decision making and problem solving skills Excellent communication skills Must be able to lift 100 lbs Must be willing to work in cooler and freezer
