Description
Handyman needed to national chain store for minor repairs. Manager will direct tech to areas of concern and tech will seal the bottom of metal with mortar and seal holes around pipes. Tech will also add door sweeps on back & side door. Pictures will be taken of all completed work. Once pictures are received payment will be made.
