This amazing hair cutting class is presented to teach those of you how to be confident with cutting black women's hair. For licensed stylist ABOUT YOUR INSTRUCTOR: Tieranie Smith has been a licensed Master Cosmetologist for 25 years. She has been a motivational speaker for cosmetology students and participated in a number of hair shows. Tieranie is a well known stylist in her community, known for her hair cutting and hair styling skills. One of her goals is to give back to fresh and younger stylists by teaching and sharing knowledge of the art of styling short hair for black women and women in general. Hair is hair. CUTTING WITH CONFIDENCE will bring you amazing revenue, not just for your wallet, but for your spirit. Being courageous and stepping out to broaden your craft with knowledge is one of the keys to success. Many younger stylist have been so caught up in the trendy styles of hair weaves, braids, twist with hair extensions, they tend to stray away from having the skills to work on the natural hair, whether relaxed or non-relaxed. Styling hair weaves is a creative talent that is expressed very well with hair stylist all around the country, however it's important to be a well rounded hair stylist by knowing how to style the real hair of clients. "CUTTING WITH CONFIDENCE" will teach how to cut basic hair cuts for relaxed hair on black women. Pixie cuts, short designer cuts, and more. Mannequins are provided. You will receive a certificate of completion. You are to bring the following: Your shears. a water bottle. Cutting comb. rattail comb. Your enthusiasm! We must be mindful of the pandemic and ask that you be Covid-free, no sickness, no symptoms or exposure to Covid. Wear your mask. There will be a temp check at the door before class begins.
