Join us for another trip off the beaten paths of European wine and cuisine as we visit some of our favorites from Eastern Europe. With wines and dishes from Austria, Hungary, Slovenia, Croatia and more, we'll be exploring less frequented regions, all with long histories of wine making and regional delicacies. Executive Chef Shawn Hartwig has put together a five course dinner, putting his special touch on some of his favorites local dishes, all paired with wines representing the breadth of Eastern Europe.
