Description
DOYLESTOWN, PA — The Doylestown Township Police Department will conduct an aggressive driving enforcement campaign next week.
Officers will be on the lookout for aggressive drivers along Easton Road and the Route 611 Bypass in the township.
Aggressive driving behaviors include speeding, tailgating, improper passing, running lights and signs and weaving through traffic.
Police are reminding residents that Pennsylvania's Move Over Law requires drivers approaching an emergency response area who are unable to safely merge into a lane further away from the response area to slow to at least 20 mph less than the posted speed limit.
Traffic citations will be issued for all violations.
