Lynch Landscaping Inc. is a full-service landscape design, installation, and maintenance company dedicated to providing high quality services to the Central Maine area. As the company continues to grow each year, we are seeking team members that also want to grow, learn and have fun. These people must be responsible, self-motivated, fast-paced, detail-oriented, and hardworking. All candidates should be at least 18 years of age, have a valid driver's license and be able to make it through the workday tobacco-free. The positions listed below are full-time or part-time seasonal. Our season typically starts in late March or early April and ends in November. The full-time positions will have five to ten hours of overtime each week. Although our workweek is primarily Monday through Friday, Saturdays are also required in the spring and occasionally throughout the season. There is also the opportunity for some part-time work in the winter months for full-time seasonal staff. We now offer free health insurance after you have been with the company for 90 days and other benefits. Positions Available Hardscape Crew Leader: We are looking for an individual who can manage a crew of 2-4 people installing pavers, retaining walls, drainage, and new lawns. Duties will include but not be limited to: communication with designer and clients, managing job hours, layout, grading, and installation, along with the training of members on their crew. Mowing Crew Leader: This person will be the crew leader of a group of two people mowing and trimming residential and commercial properties. The position calls primarily for the use of zero-turn and walk-behind mowers, and small equipment. The successful candidate will also need to able to drive a truck and trailer and have, at the least, minimum mechanical abilities. Softscape Crew Leader: This person will be the crew leader of a group of two people mowing and trimming residential and commercial properties. The position calls primarily for the use of zero-turn and walk-behind mowers, and small equipment. The successful candidate will also need to able to drive a truck and trailer and have, at the least, minimum mechanical abilities. General Laborers: We are looking for motivated people to assist in all areas of our company including Hardscape, Softscape, Mowing, and Gardening. A good attitude, strong work ethic, ability to show up on time, and lover for the outdoors are all that is required! These positions are the building block to becoming a crew leader and often times do in the second or third season with the company.
