Gentle Yoga, followed by Yoga Nidra. This practice is a simple way to reduce stress and promote deep rest & relaxation that is not found in your average meditation practice. The stages of body scan and breath awareness alone can be practiced to calm the nervous system leading to a deep state of relaxation and a PEACEFUL night sleep. We promise you will leave lighter than you came!
A PERFECT WAY TO BEGIN YOUR WEEK.
No experience Required. ***You are encouraged to bring any goodies with you like Socks, Sweaters, blankets and pillows so that you feel completely comfortable and relaxed. PLEASE BRING YOUR YOGA MAT & WATER. MASK TO MAT.
Kindly arrive at 6PM, Class begins at 6:15PM!! *Winery is not open to public on Mondays.
