Location: The Lodge at Torrey Pines Job Classification: Non-Exempt Full-time Position Description The Overnight Cleaner ("Limpiador Nocturno de Cocinas") performs after-hour cleaning of the back-of-the-house Food &Beverage facilities and equipment to achieve the highest level of sanitation as prescribed by the Health Department and hotel standards. * Ensures an environment as free of contamination as possible with the concern for the health and welfare of our clientele and associates. * Cleans and sanitizes all work surfaces and garbage cans. * Disassembles, cleans, sanitizes and re-assembles tabletop kitchen equipment. * Collects and disposes garbage. * Helps PM Stewards by placing all soiled dishes, pots and pans in the dishwashing area. * Stocks cook lines with clean plates. * Runs all exhaust filters through the dishwasher in accordance with the cleaning schedule. * Performs additional duties as assigned by the manager or supervisor. Position Requirements * Previous experience a plus but not necessary. * Ability to work overnight shift. * Ability to work weekends and holidays.
