Artificial Turf repair OR installation of new

I have some work to do in a backyard due to a sewer main replacement. Please see picture and diagram. There will be no more then 3' of turf along the 19' patio run that is pulled back for the trench. The installation of this turf was done in 2011. There is 4" of compacted road blend base under the turf. There may be bit of base may be needed over the compacted trench, but it shouldn't be much. I am interested in 2 quotes: 1: a quote for re-instaling the existing turf, adding more infill, and a power broom pass. I realize that there might be some repair work needed if the power broom disrupts a seam. Please advise me of what that would entail to fix. 2: a quote for replacing with something more modern. I've seen turf that has what appears to look like dead strands of grass in it which is more realistic. Looking for something nice, durable, and relatively affordable. Backfill and trench compaction will be done by me and will use a rammer type compactor (jumping jack) for proper compaction. If there is any settling you will not be held responsible. I will handle disposal of the existing turf if option 2 is selected. Schedule is very fixed. Work must occur on April 21 and 22. Thank you turf grass artificial astroturf
