**Job location will vary throughout San Diego County and requires reliable transportation** Pacific Coast Cleaning, Inc. is a construction clean-up company seeking individuals to join our field crews on projects in the San Diego area. Pacific Coast Cleaning, Inc. focuses on private and public work jobs throughout Southern California, aiding in the final cleaning of tenant improvements and new construction. While in the process of growing, we are adding to our team of cleaners and hope to continue upward. To be successful in this role, you must be reliable, motivated, and driven. If you have experience cleaning interior/exterior windows, power washing, machine scrubbing floors, and heavy duty interior cleaning, please apply. Responsibilities: Clean exterior windows from scaffold, boom lift, or scissor lift. Power wash exterior buildings, hardscape/site work, and garages Deep clean units, office spaces, common areas, bathrooms, balconies, windows, kitchens, living rooms, etc. Remove stickers, labels, and protective coverings from appliances, cabinets, windows, etc. Remove dirt and drywall from fixtures, cabinets, frames, etc. Clean floors surfaces using brooms, mops, and machinery dependent on material Dust and wipe down all surfaces Become familiar with the use of different chemicals, cleaning agents, and equipment for material specific tasks Remove and dispose of all craft paper from stone and tile areas Remove and clean all adhesive and other surface blemishes Sweep, wipe down, and remove of paint splatter and scuffs from floor, tile, fixtures, etc. Work throughout San Diego county on various job sites Qualifications: Must have reliable transportation Must be able to work in a fast-paced ever-changing environment Previous cleaning experience is a plus Exterior window or power washing experience a plus Ability to work independently, as well as on a team CPR/OSHA Certification a plus Pressure washing experience a plus Aerial Lift Certification a plus As a part of our continual training, Pacific Coast Cleaning, Inc. provides OSHA 10/30 courses, CPR, Fall Protection, Aerial Lift Training, and Silica Exposure certification to those interested.
