We provide professional service and repair work for clients including commercial and residential pools all across San Diego, including Chula Vista, East County, North County and the City of San Diego. Our expertise and commitment to client needs have brought us exponential growth. So, we are seeking full-time employees to join our team of committed pool technicians. We’re looking for someone who... * has an entrepreneurial spirit and is interested in owning their own business down the line (and ready to prove * this by treating their pool route as their own) * enjoys spending time outdoors * has some pool service experience, or is eager to learn quickly (paid training will be provided) * has a professional appearance and demeanor * is motivated and shows great attention to detail * provides great customer service and strives to keep clients happy * is looking to learn and grow within the pool/service industry * is comfortable around dogs * can lift 50 lbs and is ready to get their hands wet * is able to work some overtime and some Saturdays (preferred, but not required) * has a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record * is comfortable driving a truck from our fleet (gas stipend and company vehicle insurance provided by Barrow Pool Service) * agrees to a background check JOB PERKS * flexible work schedule * company vehicle provided * regular paid training opportunities, even after initial training period * opportunity to grow within the company and create a business of your own in the future * mentorship and training from industry experts * competitive pay: between $17-$22/hour - adjusted according to experience and performance HOW TO APPLY If interested, please reply to this ad to request an application.
