UPPER WEST SIDE, NY — Derek Graves has been arrested in connection to a string of bank robberies that took place on the Upper West Side and in Harlem during March and April, according to the New York Police Department. It is the 25th time Graves has been arrested, according to a tweet on Thursday from the NYPD's 20th Precinct.
